The title says it all, and I am thoroughly livid about this.
I don't know whats going on, because I have done nothing. I have been playing for a couple years now, and this has never happened.
Please fix or refund my money. But prefer you FIX!

Three Month VIP disappeared after two days
You think your lag is bad? Try horrid lag in Elite Shroud, server wide. Though, it wasn't the lag itself... I think it was when the game glitched, everyone freezing simultaneously, and then every new mob that spawned, including Harry, gaining Epic Ward..... I don't think I've ever seen a WF Wizzy run so fast...

You already checked any culprits like payment method got returned, yes? (It happens)
If everything there is cool, then may want to call Account Support Monday (emails take too long) so they can set things back right, and possibly tell you what the error was.
