And Damionic please, for the love of god, take your time and calculate it a bit. Then realize how wrong you are, and then move on. You will get nowhere in this thread at the rate your going, you aren't right, and you never will be for as long as you are unable to count properly.

The 80% proc rate is only affecting the rate you hit with your offhand, that is, your offhand attackspeed.
And attackspeed affects all three weapon types equally.
