Error in Homunculus capstone enhancements

Not sure if this is an error in the descriptions of the capstone enhancements, an error in the release notes, or an error in setting the prerequisites for the homunculus capstone enhancements. However, the 1st level of the capstones require either Homunculus Strength 2 or Homunculus Dexterity 2, and Artificer level 8. The Strength 2 and Dexterity 2 enhancements don't become available until lvevel 10! Either it should be Artificer level 10 required, or it should be Homunculus Strength 1 or Homunculus Dexterity 1 for 1st level of the capstone and Strength/Dexterity 2 for the 2nd level.

More work needs to be done to properly list prerequisites for Iron Defender enhancements. Unfortunately, this isn't something that will make it into Update 11, but is something we hope to address soon. Thank you for noticing this for the capstone, it's good information. In the meantime, we'll be adding this to the Known Issues list.

This post was made in 2011. It is now 2019, eight years later. This issue has never been fixed. These kinds of issues need to be fixed, not ignored.

Why am I bringing it up now? Because I just did a search to figure out why the above issue was happening, and if there was a workaround. I found this post.

btw, u can get BOTH capstones on defender, and it has been that way for... 6-7 years?
