LoL believe what you want the track record here is very poor.

Seems maybe they have no more Clue then the rest of us on this

As you failed to address the 1,000% XP and them giving out XP to level toons to 20

And since no Dev has answered most questions Asked of them..

You must have better connections to Devs then any one else..

Again Lama is not live. The goal is to avoid the first artificer to hit 20 be a veteran to jump past the first 4 levels. Turbine has stated it is temporary until the class gets played out a bit. And they want the first lvl 20 artificer to be levelled from scratch.

Unlike the whole V.I.P/artificer debacle the devs have been making this clear for quite a while, ever since artificer was released to lama in fact. They also made it clear it is not permanent, and that artificers will be part of vet char creation in the future.
