stuck!!!

I recently created a character using my veteran status, a lv 4 rogue. I have played this character quite a bit and am now lv 7. When I tried to log in earlier to play him, I was back on the ship I started out on, and the NPC who levels you up gave me a message stating that there was an experience point error on my toon, and to contact customer support. I have been getting the round robin treatment about this problem and don't really know what to try next, except maybe just say screw it and play some other game. I need some good advice please.

.... well... in my many years of hearing issues about the game, congrats on being the first one I've ever heard with that issue.

I don't think phoning accounts will be able to help you.
This forum is more for PC tech issues vs. game account issues.

A senior GM may be able to help you... Wow... you got a doozy.

I got nada... but I'll poke a person or two and see what happens.
