Question Anybody else having server issues with game client and the forum?

Twice I have been kicked out of game. I have double checked and then checked again and the problem is not on my end. I am also having serious issues with logging in and posting on the forum.

DDO is the only place on the web that I am having issues with.

do a tracert (start cmd in the run/search box) and in the black window that opens up, type tracert and ddo's game server address (can't remember)... Usually if I do www.ddo.com, but I know it is something else, like ids.ddo.com.

Im not smart enough computer wise to know what you are talking about.

My latest error when trying to log into game says: Unable to connect to World Queue. Please try again. Error 5000.

and while I was typing the above, the game started logging back in by itself. Then I now have "connection failed: Client timed out the connection.

Click Windows/Start button>type in cmd (you might have to click run first, depending on Win version)> the type 'tracert gls.ddo.com' (without the apostrophes).

This sends a few packets to Turbine and displays route data takes through interwebs and how long each step takes. Useful for seeing if problem is somewhere between your comp and DDO servers. Sudden large jumps in time per hop could indicate problem areas.

Ok, thanks. I did that and based on what I saw there are no issues. My internet and computer are working fine. It changes every time I try to log into the game.
