No. By definition, a capstone is a L20 class enhancement, a.k.a. no splashing.

There are a lot of things that this game changes every update and this should be one of them! who better then to get a reward then those shunden for splashing!

Because the whole point of a capstone is to reward those who stay pure classed.
Multi classing is already powerful enough.

i see lvl20 capstone like the top of profession in ur "job"(class) while as any kind of splash and be it 10/10 or 19/1 - ull always be not the "absolute pro" in ur (main) class and so i think its just not suitable... with suitable i mean that u can already put great benefits to ur char when splashing and so i just think its not needed to add any more to push that

Multi classing is what you make of it, but so much of building a ddo character is really understanding how the rules work. The extensive character customization in DDO is both its biggest strength and its biggest weakness

And 4 out of 5 people just make up statistics on the fly without supporting them.

I do agree that multiclasses SHOULD NOT get capstones. It is the reward for staying pure.
