When can we start using Wood for Arts?

I want to start testing some character changes and want to use the lesser/greater heart of wood to mix things up. But right now, you still have it limited on Arts (but you can't change normal level upgrades to Art). When will Arts be normal for testing? I don't see any more Dev testing days listed.

I believe they said that will not even be available for a little while on live as they want people to level Arti's the "old fashioned way"

Yeah -- here are the quotes

Today's boat changes should result in:

1) You cannot take Artificer levels on the boat during Vet Status, but it's clear.
2) On Reincarnation airships you cannot change levels INTO Artificer levels, but if it was an Artificer level before it should let you remain one and advance.

We want the first artificers to level up "conventionally".

I believe what you are looking for is xylography and it has been available since around 1400 A.D.

Seems reasonable enough for the LRs - it kind of ruins the importance of leveling a new class to keep completionist a challenge to hold onto if on the first day everyone +5 LRs three times to artificer and immediately TRs for a past life so they can continue to sit on completionist. I don't really see why veteran status should be blocked, though - korthos gets really old after doing it a few too many times.
