    wis 10
    cha 06

    Or

STR, STR and more STR. Plus all lvl ups into STR.

Your strength is the basis of Trip, Stun, and Sunder DCs.

Edit: Keep in mind, with the stats you've listed above, you will require a +1DEX tome to qualify for Greater TWF feat.
    Gungpao - lvl 7 mnk/ 12ftr/ 1 rog, Quinidine - lvl 20 FvS, Harshuul - lvl 20 Barb, Diluadid - lvl 20 FvS, Ibbanez- lvl 20 bard, Mongorrian 12 Ftr/6 Brb/ 2 Rog, Yellowcab 9 Wiz.

Choice 2. A +1 dex tome is probably the cheapest tome you can buy since getting that one point of dex to go twf is about the only thing it's good for!

^^ Like he said, str str str......all the level ups in it. Get a +2 tome for it when you can afford it, get every enhancement and item that you can to increase it

Definitely option #2. In addition to trip, don't forget about stunning blow. Even without a stunning +10 item you should be able to hit pretty close to a 40 stun DC.

It might be neither - if you want to be really good at trip, you want Improved Trip, which requires Combat Expertise, which requires 13 base Int.

With all that said, tripped isn't as good a debilitation as stunned, and you don't need to waste any build points on Int to get Stunning Blow.

Trip still works "ok" if you dont' have improved trip, it's not great. I definitely think the build points involved to get CE make imp trip a non possibility for most builds.

I am still however hoping I pull a +5 int tome at some point...........

The difference between base and improved trip with +2 tome is the difference between 16 str and 17 str. It's not a non possibility by any means - and well worth it.
