If you had to rank clerics on the server who would be in the top 10?

I am just curious what the masses think. I end up blacklisting clerics and then I get told they are good. So I want to know who the masses think pass the test for a good cleric.

I think any healer coming out of that guild is suspicious at best! Just remember to bring pots, LOTS OF POTS, for an OMGBIZZY PUG!

This will be effectively what you get from the 'masses' - most players want healbots since you can't take hirelings into raids.

There are some great Divine Casters, Melee's and Healers out there. A top 10 list will be redundant unless you break it up a bit.

I will put a word out for one guy I saw - Stoneheals - first guy I saw wade into the fray on Harry (just my first time seeing it) and do it well - I was on my cleric as well and I wasn't even needed in the quest unless he DC'd.....so I started casting for damage just so my SP would look used.

Have you analyzed your criteria of what makes a good cleric for you? What is making you feel that blacklist is warranted? What are they doing? What are you doing?

On a scale of "Hireling" to "Party Contributor" what do you want out of a cleric?

I ask these questions because I don't believe the question you need answered at the moment is who is the top 10, but what makes a good cleric.

Signs of a good cleric

1. Flexible - can adjust to the rhythm of the Party - from Flower Sniffer to Zerg Fest
2. Resourceful - Uses all of the abilities available to them
3. Good at Triage - able to maximize the effectiveness by stepping in at the right time

Of course these are also signs of a good player...

You must know a great deal about being a good cleric. For what reasons do you blacklist other clerics?
