It doesn't say that anywhere, so I didn't make assumptions.
I know that many people say that Stunning Blow is great in conjunction with Stunning Fist, But the DC for Stunning Blow, but without fighter tactics and with a lower Str, the DC for it is less than useful at higher levels.
I've always found myself trading it out at higher levels. Since you didn't take it until higher levels, it is now not worth taking IMO.
Neither are all the points you put into jump and tumble worth taking.
And balance is good, but doesn't need to be quite that high. 20 ranks +6 mod +4 GH + 10 boots = 40. That's all you really need.
I took those extra points and spread them between UMD, Hide, and Move Silently.
The point of rolling a Halfling monk was always the Guile/Cunning lines to add sneak attack. You didn't have any room for those, so Halfling is a sub-optimal choice. Half-elf allows access to Rogue Dilly, which 3d6 sneak attack (average 10) on top of what you had, as well as a few points into Versatility, which will become percentage based in the next update for a decent boost. Unfortunately I could only fit in tier two, but it will still be worth it.
Rise of the Phoenix was never the best for Shintao. You waste more AP on useless things which are all available in potion form to get it and it does nothing that UMD and clickies can't do just as well while not costing Ki. Healing Amp is the better choice to qualify for Shintao, especially now that UMD is in the mix. And instead of Stunning Blow (with it's low end-game DC on a monk), that freed up a feat for SF: UMD as well for a total UMD of:
11 ranks +3 swap in from Cha item +4 GH +3 feat +2 luck +3 (easy to get) cartouche = 26
If you have a bard and prep yourself with Walk of the Sun and Moment of Clarity, and a skil boost from versatility, that 26 becomes a situational 40, which will no fail heal scrolls. 26 is good enough to raise the dead in non-combat situations. In combat, WotS, MoC & skill boost first to make sure you get it off.
This is a much more well rounded Void4 monk for you.

Ah, I see that H-elf isn't available to you. If I were you, I'd spend the $5 and grab up H-elf.
