Petition for wing feat

Considering that there is a wing-like ability on boots now, it seems like the devs are willing to spread the wing ability.
Therefore, i propose a new feat which gives wings in a similar way to what they will be after the new patch, but with a lower refresh rate.
Just as a side note and to make the idea more appealing to profit orientated people at turbine, the feat could have the fvs passive past life feat as a requirement...

Dropped in Schemes Elite. Infact something insane like 8+ sets dropped. Named loot droprate in all these quests in way too high. They drop from all 9 chests i bet.. Got em out of 4 different ones at least.

We're currently looking at raising the cooldown of Leap of Faith and Wind Dance to 9 seconds, and increasing the spell point cost to 10. We're leaving Abundant Step unchanged, since the ki cost is already a limiting factor in a major way that it isn't for sorcerers or favored souls.

Torc's proposed changes won't destroy Leap of Faith. An increased cooldown still leaves is an exceptionally useful ability, that can still be used to escape danger or maneuver in combat.

See this post for changes made to this plan based on a player suggestion in this thread. We won't be increasing the cooldown of Leap of Faith (in fact, we're reducing the cooldown of Wind Dance to match it), but instead limiting the number of jumps that can be done in a row. You'll be able to jump five times, with one charge returning every 15 seconds.

Now theres an idea - how about a cloak with 5 uses of wings per rest? or perhaps a craftable cloak with 50 charges of wings (15 sec cooldown) like a wand... oh wait, its not fantasy ?!?!
