I agree with the op.
I also feal StormReach should also be renamed for the same reason.

Its obvious that a few people were offended, and I think as for turbine this was not necessarily the smartest business move. Now if the hurricane had missed completely it might have been different. IMO those that were offended (unless they themselves had a personal loss in the hurricane) are being overly sensitive. However this is the unfortunate state of American society and political correctness in this day and age.

Dear OP,

Since there is nothing bigger in the world going wrong for you to complain about, then please add the following things to your crusade
for justice.

1.) I went to a bar and they had a special on Hurricanes. Please picket them until they go out of business
2.) The local radio station played "rock you like a hurricane", please call them and make sure your voice is heard!
3.) I watched A River Ran Though It yesterday. Please come and properly tell me how bad I am.

There are thousand and thousands of things going on in this world that are actually bad, a bit of humor on Turbines part is not one of them. Please attempt to put your efforts to right the world wrongs in a better place.

This sale went up BEFORE the hurricane hit. Turbine was in the path of the storm (we took a direct hit where I live as well). It was amusing dark humor as it went up BEFORE the event. If this went up AFTER the hurricane passed, then it goes from dark humor about your own impending misery due to something outside of your control to morbid humor at the expense of others and would have been inappropriate. This makes it radically different than a post-Katrina Katrina sale or post 9/11 9/11 sale.

ok here it is.

1. They were effected aswell.
2. I see worse wind and storm every year multipule time a year in my own State of Iowa.
3. Media overhype for the situation. It draws attention from real issues going on.
4. People die every day can they say why exactly these 14 of millions got into a spot where the storm effected them so bad. Its not like they didnt know it was coming, and had time to prepare. Did you all that complain know that in the midwest we have these things called tornado's they appear out of certain types of clouds yes. We watch for these clouds tracking them should a cloud form, because a tornado will drop when ever and where ever it feels like it.

5. The only hard thing is they shutdown some parts of the eastern electric grid so power went out as the national grid could not support the fluxuations and some downed lined here and there. I know powerlines can handle the winds it large debrie that can get moved by 70-80 mph wind that causes powerlines to go down(namely tree branches)

6. So poor taste not so much, I like a good joke when I am at sea in a Category 5 Typhoon (mph160+ 60ft swells). I can say this because I was on the USS Chancellorsville CG-62 when Super Typhoon Todd took us for a ride.
