Bleh, helps if I read the whole post. I actually have several characters on that server already. They are all a few levels higher, but I could either use one of them, or roll up a new one and try to catch up. If I use an existing, I'm fine with not advancing it any further until everyone else catches.

I currently have a level 5 wizard, a level 4 rogue, and a level 6/1 Ranger/Fighter.

And if it's preferred, I can roll up an entirely new character for this.

I say if we dont hear from deek, then Z your lv 4 looks like its in range at this time.. get a feel for things and use the toon u think would fit in best. Also fyi.. I do not think we are "Twinking" the gear we have is what we find or make. Some sneaky types may have "aquired stuff" But this is only a hunch. And our ship is in need of upgrades. So as a result some leet quests really do give us dificulty, and I think the point is through good play and team work we can over come this.

In the past when we "failed" a quest I always ask what could I have done different, what could our team have done different and drive on with new knowledge. And I believe that this spirit is what we are trying to capture. Also My toon Helmit (bard) and I are still due back after 4/9.. I do have some very limited play ability, but its using a crappy connection and crappy computer. I would not be much help if any from were I am. After 4/9 game on for me..

go ahead and consider yourself part of the team. give me your toon's name and I'll send you invite to our guild. As Zimdar said, if you are accustomed to using a high level ship with lots of buffs, it is a little bit of change.

If you know how to craft, then we can produce two crafters, to ease the burden. Our initial group only had one and we kept him busy.

Sounds good. Level 4 rogue's name is Xarkul. Also, do you use voice? If so, I'll need to dig out my headset.

The last time I played the game much, the level cap was 10. There just wasn't enough content back then to keep me interested. Things have improved now it seems, so I'm excited to be back in the game, and a static group is perfect. I don't have much high level experience though, and have never even seen an airship yet.

I only suggested you start with your rogue cause it was the closest in lv.. I think after you see what our party is made of and decide after that.. IMO feel free to play what you want.. and if you have a tad higher lv toon that fits in I vote you go for it.. Thought I seen you mention you have a fighter/ranger?

Sorry, I hate to be such a loser, but I don't think I'm going to be able to join you after all. I was just double checking the start time tonight to make sure it was 8 PM, and noticed it is.....central. I was going to be pushing it on staying up late by starting at 8 PM Eastern, but I think an hour later isn't going to give me enough sleep to function at work tomorrow, so I'm afraid I need to bow out. Very sorry about my confusion.
