I would like someone to test this as I don't have a ring of spell storing:
Ring of spell storing's effect states restore's 5sp+5sp per caster level of item, and it's caster level is 4th.
So my question is will the artificer be able to get more sp from this item?
Are their any other POSSIBLY game changing clickies out there that need to be tested with the capstone?

Epic Ring just does Major Mnemonic clicky, which isn't based on a caster level.
