Crazy idea for VoD/Hound set bonuses

Crazy suggestion.

New drops from VoD and Hound, only on elite.

Blue Augment Crystal of <Leviks, Lorriks, Glacial Assault or Tharnes>

<Adds the set bonus to the item>

Would it be too crazy for a raid at level 20 to drop something that level 20s could use?

With how these sets work (unlike other sets) you could, in theory, have up to 3 epic items with crystals slotted, matched up with however many items (0 to 2 and the DT effect) to give you your set bonus.

Either make them unbound, or bound to account (to either create something for the economy, or some reason to run any character in the raids)

Considering they're making these Raids much more difficult on Elite, I'm game.

They'd have to rethink the sets first, imo. The bonuses are fairly lack luster. The best by far is Levik's for the occasional AC tank, but now that the best AC tank will be a Deneith DM human with an eChimera's fang (doesn't stack with levik's set bonus) they could use some other bonuses.

Glacial Assault and Lorrik's Champion are easily eclipsed by ToD belts.

Tharne's - Seriously? Ghost Touch and Featherfall? The threat reduction might be nice, but 20% comes up on a number of things that wouldn't stack.
