Dude get over it. Turbine gave up on balance long, long ago when updates were called mods and fire elementals could cast cold resist... etc. This is an MMO version of D&D, rulesets don't apply and game balance is really a thing of one Dev's idea to make it not so easy. D&D was never about balance anyway, that is just a forum concept that has been passed along from WoW which is detested by most D&D fans. It's not that I agree with it but it's the path that has been choosen to make the game relevant in light of newer games comming down the pike in the fall and spring.

It brings reasonable DPS to dex builds. Ergo, it is good for DPS in some situations.
It might or might not be good (beats me, I don't have a rogue, nor I have an idea how do two of theese compare to rad II/lit II khop pair) to use on str build when not raiding/boss beating.
Noticed release notes said some items from raids were corrected from unbound to btc. Might wanna look at ones you have to see what exactly got changed.
My apologies if this has been asked yet, but I have looked a little (not exhaustive). There's just so many pages and threads on crafting and updates, etc.
I know that there are alchemical handwraps and everyone is excited for them. I saw one example of Air Air Air I think that had silver and a ton of lightning damage, double strike, + dex, etc. I also saw an axe that wasn't air based but had righteousness.
So my question is, for us dark monks (and I admit I am new to the monk class so this may be more of a monk general question) can we make silver of holy burst or silver of pure good or silver of righteousness? Or is there no need and the other abilities on the wraps made with those suffixes make them not as good as the air air air because you have already broken the dr?
So I guess what I'm asking is what wraps would a dark monk, who has no silver or cold iron wraps yet make? And how common/rare would it be to get the mats to do so? Are we talking in the realm of standard GS items. I.e. a 15-20 run or so grind to get the mats. Or is it more like grinding to find silver threaded?
Will i need to make a cold steel and a silver version or can you attach metalline?
Lastly the air air air ones i saw were a ML of 20. At what level can you start crafting them for a dark monk that will be useful?

Wondering how the +10 seeker (or any seeker bonus) will work with the x2 base damage on ranged weapons via the new Point Blank Shot feat.
No, I think perhaps Shade has the same loot luck as my hubby. Together my hubby and I have ran Harbinger of Madness 12 times on our alts... he had at least one of each named item by the third run thru, multiples of several. I still am missing 2 items that have not dropped for my characters ...both on the end reward list. On the Reign of Madness series hubby has ran 8 times, he had everything by third run, now he's just getting multiples and extra ingredients for upgrades. I've only ran RoM 5 times thru still missing about a third of the named items. Also I would not have some of the items I do if hubby didn't pass them to me in chest.
In the past it really upset me how much the loot god's favor him... now I just accept it.

I've done a couple of each LoTB and MA raids with my guild.
The elemental Spirits bound to character really stood out. Is this intended? The raids are not easy enough for someone to bring a specific character and get a specific element they want. Say, Air to make a Lightning Strike handwrap for a monk.
In a guild or friends run its actually possible to trade stuff in chest but. It would be nice if elemental spirits were bound to account.
Think of it like GS. Mats are unbound and shards are BTC. Here we have dragonshards BTA and essences BTC. I like and understand this. This will keep the economy from blowing up with people trading 5 FRDS for one Refined Air Essence and killing the entire price structure on the servers. We don't need yet another overpriced barter currency.
That said, if you're not good enough to run this raid with a specific toon that needs an essence, then consider running some other content to make that toon better so they can run those raids.
Do you guys really think alchemical is so high dps? I was thinking, most of its good abilities are elemental damage, and most of end bosses have resist from them. On my barb 2wf, i calculated the best boss beater is a +5 holy burst [metal type] khopesh of greater [kind] bane. With him it out dps lit2 and all alchemicals, if the boss has resist from the elements. The only situation i think the alchemical are better is on velah, with a water/water/water alchemical.
