you can WALK ON WATER!!

EPIC, yeah, but there's a catch.

You can never use it where you want to!

Sure, it works on the lava in the ruins of gianthold.
Sure, in the water in the harbor.

But does it work in the Vale of Twilight? no.
Does it work in Blockade Buster? no.

I'm a little upset about this... since my main in a dark monk. Can something happen about this?
