After the last update on Lamannia server, I received a message to contact Custmor Support but all attempts have been returned to me and closed telling me that I should go to DDo.com Lamannia. Customer support message indicated that I have an error in experiece totat. I may have that but I also have a few more. 1. I received a message from customer support that there is an error in my experience total. 2. The names of all my chars have been deleted and are no longer visible when I select the Lamannia server. On of my chars name is Onoften and was in the Guild with the 100 level air ship. 3. I created a new char, wanderer, and attemped to enter the Gambler Den, given by Brother malden, I was returned to the entrance without gaining entrance. 4. When I logged off, I received a message that my (something) is too far away and than proceeded with the logout. I do not know where else to place this message so I am sorry if it does not belong here but I hope that customer support sees it and can contact me at edwarddimmerling@suddenlink.net. Being an open area, I do not feel safe giving out any other information. Thank you.
