Okay folks so today we ran this quest on Epic x1 then we ran it on Elite x1 and then ended the night off with a quick Normal run (18 Min).
Here are some things that I noticed:
Elite is harder then Epic or at least it is on Lama. Its basically the same as Epic only the mobs have higher saves it seems.
Normal isn't that bad. I can see this being what people run the raid on once it goes live. On Epic/Elite Its absolutely insane. on Normal is comparable to maybe a little harder then Tod normal.
This raid is made for a balanced party meaning not all casters/fvs so all you melee players are going to be having some major fun!

By the looks of it, you could for example make the below Triple Earth weapon with *all* of the following abilities, and I think the first thing you have to do is give the weapon a metal type, but someone would have to confirm that. And it seems you can mix and match elements.
