    Default Best Armor For Evasion

My TR build 18fgt/2rog but for utilising from evasion I need gear a light armor. Since I found best evasion armor is Crimson Chain ( +5 reflex save ). Do you advice better one ?

There is the Madness chain armor that can be slotted with a +10 reflex save. I forget the name atm though.

Crimson chain is nice at level, but there are better ones as you get higher, since the +5 reflex save wont stack with a resistance item that gives bonus to all saves.

The parasitic breastplate http://ddowiki.com/page/File:Parasiticbreastplate.jpg could be a good option, especially if you use the reflex save option on it (gives +10 resistance bonus to reflex saves) from the trace of madness thingy.

Otherwise at cap, maybe epic duelists leathers from the cove event, or the ever-reliable dragontouched armour.. though unless you want light armour specifically for style you'd be better off with a dragontouched outfit since you're unlikely to get a high enough AC for it to be relevant & outfits can be swapped very fast if needed in different situations.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

Parasitic Breastplate with +10 reflex added to it.

Was also going to suggest Parasitic breastplate.

If you can get the sustaining symbiote from Sane asylum's puzzle chest (quite common) then the fatiguing effect can be neutralized as well.

Probably dragontouched will be your best bet. Epic vulkoorim fighting leathers are also decent, with +4 to hit and +3 sneak attack if you're not wearing tharnes. Red dragonscale robe or hide if you want to look awesome
