Cap + Divine Power Clicky = 25 BAB?

The Artificer's capstone and feats allows them to use scrolls and clickies with a caster level of 25. Does this mean they can reach a BAB of 25 with divine power scrolls and clickies or is it capped at 20?

The BAB from divine power isn't based on caster level, it's based on the character level of the target. A lvl 20 will get a 20 BAB regardless of the caster level of the DP. that's why DP clickies work.

It's BAB equal to a Fighter of your level, not a BAB equal to a Fighter your caster level, so it would still be capped at 20.

The only thing an increased caster level grants to Divine Power is an increased duration and temp HPs.

The Artificer's capstone activates scrolls at level 20, not 25.

In addition, the caster level of Divine Power doesn't determine the BAB increase (although arguably that could be a better design)
