At level VoN 5/6 true Pug is always a 50/50 shot at best, nevermind anything above Normal. To be honest, I join more for the potential laughs than the xp.

Funniest Pug 12mans -- Von 5/6 > Tempest Spine > Titan.

Fascinate in a non epic VON 6 run? Interesting. The craptastic performance of most of the players in VON 5 usually makes me shy away from recommending fascinate as a tactic in non epic VON 6. Too much thought involved, and not enough smash -n- grab.

Several were indeed ESL, they could not understand the spoken instructions, but understood when the instructions were typed just fine.

It seemed the same people who repeatedly died in the traps in the Inferno Room in VON5 were the ones who would do nothing but hit the Mephits/Reavers on the bases. They were speaking or typing in English, so I can only assume that they understood the language.

We had 2 bards, figured we could do that :P
Not like it's that hard to understand the concept...but I guess I was expecting too much...

Most of my runs on Von 5 & 6 are with PuGs and are about 98% successful no matter if on epic or on level through elite. I rarely ever fail this run I guess I have been lucky when I was not leading it that the player that was leading was good as well.

I swear to God I have never seen people die as fast as these people were dying. They were up in the spinney/spike traps and just kept *dinging*. Poor Dist kept trying to spot the trap boxes and these dewsh-canoes would take the Rez right on the trap and ding-out again and again.

Since I hadn't used the shrine yet, I kept rezzing them to see how often they would die.

It became a sort of sick game to play.
