alright so today i bought my VIP game pass code via paybycash i recieved it but what i get when i type it in it says PROCESS BUY NOW UNABLE TO FETCH PRODUCT KEY , there are no O or 0's in it so i cant change them to Q . i have emailed ddo , but no response i really need help with this ?

Click on Dungeons and Dragons Online on the left side of the page
Click on Payment Methods
Click on Next at the bottom of the list to get to Page 2 of the FAQ's
Click on PROCESS_BUY_NOW_UNABLE_TO_FETCH_PRODUCT_KEY
