super noob question

Sorry, super noob question. I see a lot of 32 point builds to start with but all I can start with is 28. I did up to VIP but still can't start with 32. Do I need to cap a player then reincarnate to get a 32?

True Reincarnation gets you from 28 or 32 to 34, and from 34 to 36. You can also Greater Reincarnate at any point to get from 28 to 32.

The favor reward / DDO store option lets you start at 32 right off.

Greater Reincarnation offers all of the same benefits of a Lesser Reincarnation, and will also upgrade a 28 point Adventurer character to a 32 point (non-drow) Hero character, as long as you have already unlocked or purchased 32 point builds from the DDO Store. This is a good choice if you’d like to upgrade one of your original 28 point build characters to have more ability points.

Unless this has changed, there is little point to GR as opposed to LR unless you have the 1750 favour. And I've done a bunch of farming I didn't need to do just yet.
