At what level can my Archer upgrade his GS bow?

He's lvl 12 now but I'm not getting a positive response when trying to augment the bow I made for him!

As soon as you can get flagged for the shroud and get your ingridents. Unless your in a guild that will take you, your not likely to get in a shroud run till lv 16+.

I guess you brought a GS bow before gaining access to the Shroud raid. You need access to the alters to craft tier enhancements to GS items.

Though technically you can do this all on a high enough guild ship. But the fact that is seems you're not a TR and never gotten to Shroud yet you'll not have access to the much needed BtC Power Shards needed to enhance GS weapons.

Though you might find you'll get a decent alternative via Cannith Crafting until you can L15+ to flag for Shroud and run the raid.

As far as I know GS items aren't compatible with Cannith Crafting.
