DDO Game Time Card for Lotro?

Yes their ads can be, specially when they put them on the same page as each other.

That being said I have two LoTRO 60 day time cards I can't seem to apply to my account. I hate having to email them each time so they can do whatever they do, to fix it so I can.

I'm sorry I'm performing a bit of a necro here, and apologies also for not replying sooner, as I didn't actually realise that you had replied to this until much later.

The sisutation was thus:

I had obtained one of the VIP Game Cards from the DDO Store. I applied it, but for some very strange reason, it gave the Terms and Conditions for LotR. Which confused me no end. Further reading showed that it WAS indeed for DDO, but the T&C for LotR was given instead.

More specifically, the T&C was large and clear and will make you see it first. Whilst the game it was for (DDO) was not, hence why I posted this before.
