[Suggestion] Remove 3-day delay between resets/swaps

Lammania is meant to be for testing, but the 3-day counter for enhancement resets and spell and feat swaps makes it a lot harder to test certain things.

I suggest that on Lammania all reset/swap/reincarnation timers be removed.

I'd further suggest that feat swaps on Lammania be free to facilitate testing.
