    Endgame Marguerite

    The archers at top level are not spawning, meaning the barrier won't go away, and quest can't be finished.

    Some people finished delaras chain to find the rune arms, so maybe this is a somewhat intermittant issue that is known. No in game support though sucks.

    Delara's is a different chain, this is Catacombs.
