Free: You were an Artificer in a past life. You occasionally find yourself tinkering with your gear. When you use a rod, staff, or Wand, you have a 5% chance not to expend a charge. Each time you acquire this feat you gain a stacking +1 bonus to the Use Magic Device skill. This feat can be stacked up to three times.
