It's a bug with changing instances. Just dismiss it and resummon it and it'll move. It gets stuck every time you change an instance for any reason, so I just dismiss it before I leave a quest or go through a portal and resummon it again after traveling. And I don't bother bringing him out in public areas unless I want to train him. Originally Posted by Schmoe
