Wait until update 11 is out and monks confirm on the forums that they are working.

Wraps have been bugged differently in every update lately, so there is no way anyone can tell you if they will work or not come update 11. Holy currently does not work for bypassing DR, but does apply damage. So on live, they would not function properly.

The fixes (and breakages) have been retroactive so far in that they apply to newly crafted wraps and wraps that were crafted before the update in question.

I would look at doing +5 holy instead of holy burst unless you're dead set on the holy burst. Unless you're going non-standard with your ToD rings you'll have Holy Burst on the ring.

You also can't put Stunning on handwraps at all.
