    1 - Take 1st and 8th levels as rogue
2 - Dont spend skill points to Jump give only 5-6 points. It's capped at 40. And you can find jump potions or clickies too much. Spend them balance or search if you want.
3 - Take another toughess feat instead Past Life: Student of the Sword
4 - Also I prefer Bludgeon Critical for undead kind mob instead of cleave.

For the crit immune undead mobs?
Now disrupting and its varients is applied equally regardless of crit profile, this wouldn't be useful.

My advice would be to go Rogue lvl 1, and then put points into UMD at every level, passing over Jump. Jump clickies are easy enough to find, especially with UMD up.

The CHA points seem a little random, consider moving them with the 17th Con points into Dex for added Evasion benefits?

Why do people recommend to take level 1 as Rogue? The two reasons for going Rogue here are Evasion and UMD. By taking the Rogue levels later he can get a better UMD score than if he started Rogue at 1. The reason is that max ranks at 1 is 4, while max ranks at 8 is 11, allowing him to put all his points in UMD to get a higher score overall at 20.

My question is why are you taking the two rogue levels?

If one of the reasons is for evasion, then you're build need reworked. Your dex score and reflex score are far to low to make evasion even remotely useful.

Not even addressing your feat selection (which i don't favor), If you want a useful reflex score rework your stats.

In trying to keep close to your original build, i'd suggest reworking to the following stats to give yourself a somewhat viable reflex save:

    16 str
    15 edx
    16 con
    12 int
    6 wis
    12 cha

I focussed my advice on tweaking the build rather than altering it dramatically, however the above stats would benefit you more, in my opinion anyways.

Level 1 Rogue is generally suggested because at level 1 you are given a much higher multiplier on skill points, allowing you to max out several skills, and then focus the later points on keeping the few skills maxed that you want.

    Skill points at first level:
    (Class modifier + Intelligence modifier) * 4
    From the DDOwiki.

This means more total points overall? I have not done the math on this, so correct me if i'm not understanding it fully.

Okay i see some good info here,

I was thinking i could re-tweak my stats a bit, i realize to have a 30 plus reflex would be optimal. I could also get a Fleshshaper's Docent with +10 reflex on it to help with evasion when needed

I'm not a big fan of the 16 con since i plan on using a +3 tome of con( although i could use ap here to even it out) and i could lower my strength to 17 if i acquire a +3 tome of strength.

    I could re-adjust to
    17 str
    13 Dex
    16 con
    12 int
    6 wis
    12 cha

Getting a +3 Tome of dex would be great to bring that up to 16 dex giving me a total of +3 extra to my reflex(only would be +1 more with 15 dex).

And about starting at rogue lvl 1, it's exactly as xljockey said, i don't care about the other skills, i have too many points to start and find myself dumping points into stuff i don't need/care about.

Also i'm considering tr my rogue into this build instead...

Oh btw what is wrong with my feats?

    Thanks

If you're using, say, a holy burst or maiming weapon, Imp Crit still helps those proc more often, IIRC. That said, I wouldn't waste a feat just to get those effects to proc 5% more often on skellies, either.

OP: do you actually care about AC? If you do, you should invest more effort into it; e.g., I don't see Combat Expertise or Dodge, also consider SD instead of Kensai. If you don't, just drop Mithral Body; +3 AC is pointless if you're not in it for the long haul.

One option worth considering is pally 6 / ftr 12 / rogue 2: the pally lvls boost your saves (get more outta Evasion), add Divine Righteousness for hate-tanking, get a couple of DPS-boosting clickies like Divine Might I and Exalted Smite.

You're correct about more skillpoints overall, but a fighter DPS build only really needs one dps skill: Balance, to get up from being knocked down quicker. Jump and Intimidate are useful, but not necessary (unless building an Intim tank). So those extra points at level one get used for skills that just aren't very useful. Instead, taking Rogue later will give you fewer skill points overall, but allow you to max the one skill that Rog brings to the table for a DPS fighter build, and that's UMD.

Nah don't care about ac really, maybe dropping mithril body for say another toughness feat? The thing is i like the all around dps a kensai has to offer, although i would consider making something with a pally splash on a different character.

I SRTONGLY SUGGEST - not TRing as a 20 Ftr and blow some TP on some lesser hearts (+5's currently in store).

The Pally past life feat is awesome, so is Barb if you're taking Barb levels.

If you do want to LR Pally levels in, drop me a PM, there's a couple of things you need to know.
