    Default recruiting a guild...

yes, it's a little backwards but I'm a player putting a request in for a guild. I'm brand new to the game and have realized that the true class mechanics are quite a lot to handle, and would like to find some players to join with. here's my 3 requirements for the guild.
    1. must be accepting of a n00b who will probably make tons of mistakes along the way.
    2. must also be accepting of a player who may not be as quick to react to group situations, explanation to follow.
    3. over all, i'm just looking for a pleasant group of mature people to hang out with and learn the ropes from.

the reason for my rule #2 is that according to my home area, I am considered legally blind. allthough I have enough vision to navigate most games perfectly fine, I can not follow a chat box. this empairment may also leed to me not being able to have as much use of quick click bars and will need to learn all the keyboard shortcuts for as many hotkey assignments as possible. willing to learn as well as re-roll as many chars as it takes to get things right.

What server are you on so that the guilds on those servers will know where you are?

Also if you have a character name they can PM (private message) they can contact you in game.

my first fail of a character was on kyber i think, but I can play any server since I haven't settled down yet. am in the process of redownloading since an incident caused me to have to do a backup restore and I hadn't backed up the installer yet lol

one final note, i'm currently f2p but will consider going vip depending on my experiences and budget. the most likely solution is that I will just end up buying the adventure packs and enhancements as time goes on little by little. and if I go vip, the allowance will be saved for the duration to aid in my purchase of content. i'll be getting the year pack so that will be around 6000 points if i'm not mistaken.

Hey! That all sounds ok, we like new people and have a few other new to the game people as well. p2p/f2p either is acceptable, so long as you log on.

I rarely do forum guild recruitment, but here goes.

If you settle on Thelanis, look up the Explorers of Thelanis. We're pretty much a mature, medium sized, flower sniffing guild, with a wide range of player skills and styles. Usually 10-20 people on at a time.

As long as the bit between the ears works, you'll fit in well.
Let's be honest: you don't care who my alts are.
They are all gimp and I'm cool with that.
