With the repeater rogue, if I can't get the SA, my dps is garbage. I was hoping the AA would balance out that weakness by providing imbued arrows + manyshot.
Assassin III adds +3d6 sneak and vorpal strikes which should work with ranged attacks. Fighter for the bonus feat and toughness I and wizard to unlock arcane archer and wand usage (and grease buff).
Using the planner, APs are tight but can still fit both pre's (which includes full sneak training) and haste boost IV.
Feats are also tight. 7 + 2 bonus. Not in any order... point blank, rapid shot, precise shot, improved precise, manyshot, improved crit: ranged, bow strength, toughness, and mental toughness. Rogue bonus feats are pretty open, however Crippling Strike seems like a solid debuff with ranged combat.

Vorpal strike and slayer arrow are redundant kills on a 20 vs trash. Can imbune a force or acid arrow for increased non-crit dps.
Compared to the 18/fighter AA this builds offers more ranged dps and thanks to SA, can still pick up a quarterstaff and swing with +12d6 SA + Assassinate + Vorpal.
