    Default Rapid shot changes

    The release notes say:

"Rapid Shot is now significantly more effective."

Has anyone looked into the details of this? Is it just part of the X-bow changes, or does this also affect bows, and if so how much?

It will affect both bows and crossbows. It's likely though in the new version that bows will recieve a much greater benefit than crossbows.

As it stands now though, the feat is essentially bugged, and only providing it's original rate of fire.

Ok, thanks. I didn't realize that thread covered regular bows also. Looks like right now there is no change to bow RoF w/ Rapid shot. We'll see if that changes, but at this point I'm certainly NOT kicking myself for respecing my Bard AA to be a bit more Melee capable (switched out precise shot and imp PS for imp/greater 2wf).
