    Default +5 Craftable... Help =(

If I have a ring +5 craftable, am I able to put only a sufix and prefix on it?

For example, I made the Ridding Ring of Spot +1 and it is a +2 iten now. But, I can´t put nohting more on it, because it already have the sufix and prefix filled. Someone have a good example of a +5 ring made with this new crafting system?

    The doubt is:

Why do we have a +5 craftable ring if we can only put 2 parts on it (prefix and sufix)? And more, is there possibility to put more "things" on itens?

For example, is possible to create a +5 ghost touch longsword pure good greater undead bane?

Like with random generated loots, there can be only one (haha) prefix and one suffix on any item. That's them rules.

The +5 is a measure of how powerful these bonuses can be. If you had put a larger spot bonus on the ring, it would make it a higher plus - the plus on an item being a measure of how powerful the total enchantment on it is.

As for the sword - no. Ghost touch is a prefix, but both pure good and greater bane is a suffix, and you can get only one on an item.

Crafting is still hugely powerful, you can make holy (burst) greater bane weapons, which are very high damage indeed.

+5 craftable is the potential you can put on it. Each shard has a potential (seen in the upper right corner of the description of the shard when you examine it). The total of enhancement potential + suffix potential + prefix potential cannot exceed this number.

You can only have 1 prefix and 1 suffix per item. Armor and weapons can also get an enhancemnet bonus.

To raise the potential of your item to put more powerfull effects beyond a potential of +5, you need to apply shards of potential. To get a +8 craftable ring, you would need to use a +6, +7 and +8 shard of potential in order.
