    To name a few:

Shroud HP item, appropriate Red Fens items (claw set is nice, deathblock helmet as well), extra Blessing of the Silver Flame, ToD rings/Amrath equipment, Minos...
    (TR)
Elite Raiders and Twilight Alliance guilds
Journal of an Experienced Newbie - Level 1 thru 10 - (Melee)

GS items are great, but usually as a monk, you will only have one accessory (and maybe a rez clickie shuriken).

The main thing you're going to want is a set of +2 tomes for {STR,DEX,CON,WIS} sitting in your bank. Since monks are highly multiple attribute dependent, it wil make your next life much easier to know that you can hit a 17 DEX with a 15 starting DEX and a +2 tome.

It just makes your next life easier starting at level 6.

You're also going to want a very large stack of plat and a bunch of pots.

Before I TR'd, I got a bunch of GS bracers with various clickies of haste, displacement, stoneskin, etc. Make sure you have plat for the lower levels and your various ailment pots until you become immune again, i.e. poison, etc. Haste, rage, barkskin, resist pots from the Twelve as well.

I made sure I had the chrono set to twink and crafted an invulnerability robe. That, and the Nimble Trinket from the cove event make lower levels fly by.

    Default Thanks for replying

I am planingo n getting the Full tome set from the DDO store,

and i have quite a bit of plat.

But i dont think a raise dead clicky should cost me all taht extra work. Since by the time i will be able to use it, healers get the raise dead.

Re: Raise dead clickie - was in a shroud pt 5 (group was having d/c and lag issues), everyone wipes except for me and a paladin. We both have raise dead clickies. We raise the two healers, manage to keep Harry's attention long enough for the healers to raise rest of group, and we completed.

That's the purpose of the raise dead clickies - mostly in an all hell broke loose moment where you have to raise the healer. I put it on a shuriken and it does decent enough dmg for a ranged weapon. You only have to go Tier 2.

Yes i know it helps, but as a tr, i am sure i will have to grind the **** out of the quests i need to make it once i actualy get the level. Because of all the xp i need. I just need general items to get me through low-mid levels

low-mid levels = cake. You have enough stuff where you won't have to farm for some of those equipment, I say just TR.

the raise dead clickie on a GS shuriken is a fairly minimal grind, you only need tier 2 so no LDS. I am farming for ingred's to make one right now, I can't count the number of times I wish I had a raise clickie.
everyone has a little monk in them

In my experience every melee toon should have a rez clickie. It's pretty pathetic to watch a 6 man group wipe in an epic because nobody can rez the cleric.

Yes i have a raise dead clicky, and i can also raise dead as a monk so thats kinda both way gain. But, what i am saying is i wont need a raise dead clicky until i make it to high and epic levels. I meen i am not running epics at lvl 5-12
