    Default vip not activated yet

    hello. it`s been about 3 hours since i subscribed for vip membership in ddo, but still it`s not activated.

    i even got the confirmation mail of my account upgrade

    account : xxxxxxxxxx
    subscription with a visa card, for 3 months

    the only mistake would have been on my side i can think of is the address i have written.
    i had written the address i have now in Pireaus, and there`s a possibility my visa card still has my old address in Patras (though if i remember correct i had changed it).anyway, if that`s the case, let me know.

    Same here, you can contact account support, but they'll take an eternity to get back to you it seems....detestably bad customer support as usual....bought a gametime card with paypal from turbine themselves and have updated my account but am still not VIP after 4 hours, considering a paypal chargeback for the gametime card as product is not fit for purpose.
