How do I create Lesses Essences

I have read the forums where people say they took a Greater Essence and somehow changed it into multiple Lesser Essences.

I cannot seem to find how that is done. Any help would be appreciated.

It's the second option, it will open a window, drag your greater into the window and pick what you want to do, you can transmute to 5 lessers, or change 2 greaters into a different type of greater.

Talk to the lady that you buy deconstruction materials from. It's one of her options.

By talking to one of the Master Craftsmen and selecting Transmute Essences, you get to a special crafting window, allowing you to Transmute and Sunder Greater Essences.

◦Sundering converts 1 Greater Essence into 5 Lesser Essences of the same type.
◦Transmuting allows you to trade 2 Greater Essences into the next subtype of the same school, using a repeating system:
◦Arcane: Arcane → Body → Mind → Arcane
◦Divine: Divine → Good → Chaos → Evil→ Law→ Divine
◦Elemental: Earth → Air → Fire → Water → Earth
