I would like a way for guild leaders/officers to send one message to all the people in the guild. As not to overload the messege system, the messege would be limited to a small messeges (about 50 charaters). 50 * 200 = 10000

Agreed. Three things I'd love to see..
a simple "bulletin board", maybe a tab on the guild panel, for persistent messages, guild reminders, etc.
Guild Mass Mailings. We have a guild forum, but not all players, especially casual ones, want to deal with signing up and regularly checking it. I can understand that but still like to keep em informed if we have a guild raid or event.
Love it if officers had a text option that they can broadcast a message with an audio cue and/or specially colored text to get everyones attention. HEY GUYS, GUILD RAID STARTS IN FIVE MINUTES! Coulda used that last night, took us way too long to get our act together cuz of people not payin attention.
The option is already there....just change the MoTD to reflect what you want everyone to see.
Not sure on the character limit, but we use this to great advantage all the time, usually with multiple messages.
As to guild messages with audio que....not sure, if ppl aren't paying attention, they will most likely not hear the tone either.
You can, it's the message of the day. I, however, have too many inappropriate messages so I leave that alone.
Guild mass-mailing would be nice. I know we had the option for that in LotRO.
MotD is ... too short to convey any decent message, methinks.
The only problem with the guild mass-mailing is that it goes to every toon,
so an altoholic will be reminded of the thing a few different times![]()
