Default paly past life VS warforged

There is a lot of posts that explain very well how HA works on WF but i did not found any that clearly state about the passive paly past life.
Is the 5% (past life) really gives a wf 5% or simply half?

In other words am i TR'ing my warforged barbarian 3 times into a paly in order to stack 15% of past life healing amp for nothing?

Paladin past life multiplies your incoming healing by 1.05 (per life).

    WF with Healer's Friend 1 = 65% base.
    3x Paladin past life *1.05*1.05*1.05
    Levik's Bracers *1.20
    eClaw *1.3
    Ship healing amp buff *1.1
.65*1.05^3*1.2*1.3*1.1 = 129% of normal fleshie HP from Cure/Heal spells.

    Compare with:

    WF with Healer's Friend 1 = 65% base.
    0 Paladin past lives
    Levik's Bracers *1.20
    eClaw *1.3
    Ship healing amp buff *1.1
.65*1.2*1.3*1.1= 112% of normal fleshie HP from Cure/Heal spells.

Compare with a Human that spent the AP for all 4 tiers of Human healing amp:

Human with healing amp enhancements = 140% base
    3x Paladin past life *1.05*1.05*1.05
    Levik's Bracers *1.20
    eClaw *1.3
    Ship healing amp buff *1.1
1.4*1.05^3*1.2*1.3*1.1 = 278% of normal fleshie HP from Cure/Heal spells.
