The stupid question: Is selling a guild for plat/items is against DDO rules?
I'll start the bidding at one red, plus 100k plat per guild level.

to answer your question though, i dont think it is. even if it were you could just 'give' your guild to someone as a gift and they give you a 'present' of however much you wanted to sell it for.

I'm sure selling it for real money is Illegal, but why would selling a guild be against the rules for in-game currency?
Selling passes is not allowed, so I would expect this also not be allowed.
VIP could make guilds and sell them, Turbine wouldn´t get the 150 TP from premium or f2p.
Goat, Sammich, Poultry
Why people sell their turbine points for in game plat really surprise me. No way would I ever part with my turbine points for plat. Yes, I do have a price I would do it, and it would not be plat. And it would be ridiculous.
If players are buying guest passes for 100,000 plat, I am pretty sure people can sell guilds. I even think it has happened on the forums already. Or maybe the forums discussed it.
ive seen vip's make a guild and give leadership to some f2p noob just to be nice (usually horrible names and doubt they last a couple days at most) in the harbor dont see what they could do to stop it. I mean they would have to make crazy restrictions to the succesor options like only VIP/or someone with TP bought guild charter can be named succesor either way Im sure they wanna squeeze every TP out of us they can (cant blame em gotta make a living) but would be pretty lame if they did.
