Yes Artificer Pets will be allowed in public spaces. We are not blind to the potential lag issues but the instancing system should handle the load, if not we will make adjustments to compensate.

I don't want to see the nightmare from allowing all these construct pets going around and leaving presents like dogs do when walked. Grease everywhere, people unable to move, server load skyrocketing... Just save us and yourselves the trouble and make this maximum priority to disallow. In quests, fine. In public, not fine. Enable during invasion events like the big marketplace thing, or in the Delera's or pirate cove events, but disallow generally in public.
