Below is the build I went for. I'm currently level 19, and it is a powerful build for soloing and survivability. I went Archmage to make up for the lost SP due to missing two Wizard levels. You could put your extra points into Charisma to up your UMD a few points, and that will make you even more flexible.
I only took SF: Enchant, but since you have Past Life: Wizard, you may not need the Greater Spell Penetration feat, so I switched it out with GSF: Enchant. This will give you some good DCs on both Necro and Enchant.

We take the GSF here so we can also take Archmage III PRE. Up until now, I wouldn't take any SLA (except hypnotism) or Archmage spell focuses for necro. You don't need the extra DC at lower levels, and you really need the extra spell points. In the next few levels, you'll start needing those DC bonuses so your FOD and COD land.

This might seem a bit late for heighten, but it's really tough not to have the rest of the above feats, especially with the AM PRE requirements. You get AM IV this level.
Level 18 (Wizard)

At this point, it's nice to have the SLA: Hypnotism. It's heightened hypno and costs 1sp. Keeps their willsaves down for discoball, mass hold, etc.
