Enhancements reset problem

I can't post bug report in-game cause it doesnot allow me to do that in a way 'Help -> Report a bug'. It just shows black hole with no possibility to type there and with no other buttons.

The problem is: I can't reset enhancements on my character (can reset on other). It shows message
"The cost will be and you have to wait 3 days before you can do this again. Are you sure you wish to reset your enhancements?"
I'm clicking 'yes' and.. nothing is happened. It also doesn't show me any time i might have to wait (when i logged in game about an hour ago i had to wait 29 more minutes).

Already tryed to relog, restarted game, rebooted computer, reseted enhancements on other toon/
