You have to craft the enhancement bonuses then elem essences, siberys shards. I think that was it. Fairly simple crafting for them besides maybe the enhancement bonuses.
They are stacks of 100

Finally a use for all those +x enhancement spirits I got when crafting first came out and I didn't realize how useless they were!

for the +1 stuff, all you need are the greater essence, lesser essence, and khyber/siberys fragments
