New and revamped items are making some upgraded ToD rings less useful. Please allow us to cleanse a ToD ring to be able to add a different upgrade to it. Maybe let high level crafters make something they could sell to people to cleanse their rings.
On a side note, make spell pen from Wild Mage set stack with other spell pen.

Resetting the crafting on TOD rings is additionally important because they are (inexplicably) Exclusive. If the devs are going to make it so hard to pull a second TOD ring, then they should make it possible to switch the one ring you do have.

Just get another ring, same ring. ToD rings are not so hard to get.
And that's coming from someone that took 55 ToD runs to get the encrusted ring.
The next logical step then would be to cleanse or deconstruct greensteel, they are of the same
crafting system.
