Can't pick Artificer

I have a VIP account and I can't pick Artificer from the create character. When I pick it the next button grays out. My brother is having the same issue. Any thoughts as to what is wrong.

Nothing is wrong. Artificers are not yet available.

Its a preview server, not a test server. Even Mournlands is not an official "test server" per the devs. Mournlands is a pre-preview server.

Lamma is NOT a test server. It is a preview server.
DDO staff lets you preview updates when they want to...

New raids and artificers are not yet preview-able. Wait and see...
