Anyone tested Epic Fens/Carnival/Denieth to see if Rune Arms Seal/Shards/Scrolls are dropping for the associated Rune Arms?

Well deneith has a special altar with barter ui, so you can view all the epics in the pack. It's not there.

Fens/Canival, perhaps.. But I doubt it.

Glorious obscenity - it looks like xoriat pack one (lv indicates it gona be Regin of madness)
Animus - Taint of Evil looks like some GS -> devils -> Lv indicates it gona be Savarath -> Maybe weapon shipment (yet aonther rare drop).

Concerning the new updated wands: I suppose the damage they get from their inherent wand maximizing property doesnt stack with artificers' wand and scroll mastery enhancements? Did anybody test for this already?

I believe Genasi has stated before that they do not stack, that the wand maximizing acts as if you had 100% wand/scroll mastery enhancement.

In terms of how many runs to do it's as hard to get a eAGA as it is to get a eSOS.
The difference is that it's around 3 times faster to get it, not 3 times easier.

Scrolls drop chance are the same (rare and better off solo farming, takes as long. Got my SOS scrolls in less runs than I got my AGA scroll actually)
Seals drop are the same (uncommon, more chests that can actually drop the SOS seal than the AGA seal but for simplicity let's say it takes as long)

The real difference is that Big Top can be replayed every day and the base item always drop at end since it can be in any of the 3/4 different chests.
Also if I remember correctly the Big Top item is not BtC while the SOS one is.
So AGA base item is very easy to get compared to SOS base item where you might need to wait for your 20th completion reward on 1 toon.

eVon6 can be replayed only once every ~3 days and take more time to run with the pre-raid but not really harder to complete.
So it should just take 3 times longer to get the SOS shard than the AGA shard but it's not actually more difficult.

That seems to match the reality. People that play this game daily (and have toons to solo farm scrolls) can probably get a eAGA within 3 weeks while it can take up to slightly over 2 months to get a eSOS.

I did not think it dropped in Haywire's Foundry, I thought it only dropped in the raid. Is the above correct?

As far as I know, the seal drops in VoN1 (verified), and the raid (less often), but also in all of the other quests with a lower rate. Consequently, any chest you can farm (ie, Hawire's) will yield the seal.

Regarding eSoS vs eGA, the SoS shard is much harder to get than the eGA shard. Both quests drop just under 20 shards (19 for VoN, 17 for Big Top), but a Big Top completion guarantees a shard drop; a VoN shard drop occurs 10-20% of the time. Even ignoring the fact that the eSoS shard drop rate is lower than other shards, that means you can expect ten times as many eVoN6 runs as eBig Top runs before you get the shard in question. On top of that, you can only repeat the quest once every 3 days, rather than every day.

All in all, the eSoS should take ~50 times longer to get than the eGA (on average).

Yes the sos seal can drop in that chest.

I thought the same thing, but in the screenshot provided someone has used the Green Augment slot to put the Arcane Casting Dexterity on it.
